  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 cup water

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Large Pot (with lid)

Spatula

HOW TO

Mix all ingredients together in a large sauce pan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Simmer uncovered for about 30 minutes or until thickened.

TASTE TEST.

Add more seasonings or sugar as desired and combine well. TURN OFF THE HEAT and allow to begin cooling.

INFUSING THE SAUCE

Once the heat is off, mix your extracts or concentrate into the sauce and stir, stir, stir. 3-5 minutes. This part is important to ensure consistency of medicine throughout the sauce.

If you add it while you are still boiling the sauce you will cook off the THC, and if you add it when its cool it will not blend consistently.

COOL

Cover and Refrigerate your sauce until cool to allow vinegar and spice to blend and meld.

Once cooled, put into a mason jar and Store in your fridge for up to two weeks!

Dosing Guide

Find the testing label showing MG of THC and CBD in the Extract.

If the testing label is in percentages, move the decimal one point to the right

(65% = 650mg)

This recipe makes 2.25 cups of BBQ sauce. That means there are 36 Tbsp in the finished jar. If your dab contains 650mg of THC then that means there will be 18mg of THC per Tbsp. To make each Tbsp a smaller serving consider using only half of your extract, or diluting the finished product with unmedicated bbq sauce.

Using a half of a dab at 65%- that would be 325 mg, meaning it would be 9mg per Tbsp. We know, that looks like math, but we swear it’s easy!

How many MG you put into your blondies ÷ 36 = mg per Tablespoon.

Per OLCC research: The average psycho-active threshold is 5mg, some people need less, some people need more.

Always start low and add slowly, remembering to wait at least 1.5 hours after eating an edible before consuming more as it takes time for your body to digest the cannabis and feel the effects.
