Frequently Asked Dispensary Questions
What do I need to bring with me when visiting?
If you are a recreational user:
- Valid, unexpired government issued ID (such as driver’s license, state issued ID card, military ID, passport)
If you are an OMMP patient:
- Valid, unexpired government issued ID (such as driver’s license, state issued ID card, military ID, passport)
- Valid, unexpired OMMP card
Do you accept debit/credit cards?
We currently only accept Cash payments, and offer an ATM on premises.
Do I need a Medical card to purchase cannabis?
No, anyone age 21 and over can legally purchase cannabis products. Recreational users are taxed 20% on any product containing cannabis. OMMP patients are not taxed.
Below are the limits a recreational user can legally purchase per day:
- 2 oz cannabis flower
- 1 lb solid edibles
- 72 oz liquid edibles
- 5 grams extract
- 4 immature plants
- 10 seeds
Do you offer Curbside Pickup?
Yes. Place your order on our online menu or by calling the store. Our Menu is integrated with our inventory to provide you the most accurate representation of what is available in-store and all photography is done in-house so that what you see is what you get. Call the store when you arrive to let us know and we will bring the package out to you.
NOTE: The OLCC has passed a ruling saying that we cannot deliver to a vehicle where there is a minor present unless they are accompanied by a legal/parent or guardian. Read full bulletin here.
If I am under 21, can I visit your Apothecary?
No. Because we are licensed as a Cannabis Dispensary through the OLCC, Minors are not allowed on the premises without a valid Medical Marijuana Card AND a Government Issued Identification. This includes the Herbal Apothecary, front porch, stairs, and any curbside pick-up vehicles.
Do I need to wear a Mask to enter your building?
Masks are currently NOT required to enter our building. The health and wellness of our community is a priority to us, staff can mask at customer request.
What kind of Covid Precautions are you taking?
All staff is required to sanitize surfaces multiple times daily. We opened a second room in our shop to provide more space to people checking out simultaneously, and offer Curbside Pickup through our online menu, or by phone call, to anyone that may be immunocompromised or desire extra space.
I just mailed my paperwork to the Oregon Department of Health and am waiting for my medical card to come in the mail. Can you accept my paperwork?
Unfortunately, the MMJ dispensary program does not allow us to accept a simple exceptance letter. We can only accept vaild cards with registration numbers on the cards, this includes temporary cards that are issued prior to receiving your official medical card.
Do you offer discounts?
We offer a 10% military, veteran, and senior citizen discount (65 over) with valid identification.
We do offer daily and weekly specials going on all the time, and Shatterday every Saturday. You can find our specials on the Deals tab our websites’ menu, as well as on Leafly.
We have also launched a loyalty program. Sign up with your next visit to start gaining points which can be used for 5-10% off your purchase, or to claim some free merchandize like vapes, bongs, and apothecary items!
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we can service patients with ADA needs. Our front entrance has a few stairs, but adjacent to the stairs is an elevator/wheelchair lift.
Can I order online?
You can order online using our menu located on our website, or Leafly. As a dispensary we cannot ship any product. All online orders are for pick-up only. Curbside Pickup is available.
Do you sell clones or seeds?
We do offer clones seasonally. Call for availability. Our Clones & Seeds menu is launched each year at the end of February-Early March. Our First delivery is early April after which clones will be available in stock. All of our clones are grown by Paragon Farms, in veganic soil, and with organic practices in mind.
We carry seeds seasonally from Green Source Gardens. They are all natural flower seeds and are currently in-stock.
